Position Overview:
He will be responsible for inspection, testing, and verifying the Li-Ion Battery, PCB/Electrical & Electronics
components/others incoming parts meet specified standards and requirements to ensure they are suitable for
production and assembly processes.
Location: Bengaluru office, QC/QA Dept.
Key Responsibilities:
Incoming Inspection / Testing / Firmware flashing of Li-Ion battery, Electronics and PCB Components.
Incoming Inspection of electrical/ electromechanical/mechatronics components.
QMS documentations, kaizen monitoring, WI, Test Method, etc.
Verify that all parts conform to the specifications, drawings, and standards outlined in the product
documentation.
Review and assess supplier certificates, test reports, and other accompanying documentation to
ensure conformity with purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of all inspections and results, including non-conformance reports when
necessary.
Conduct testing as required, such as functional testing, or material verification.
Identify and report any defects or non-conformances to the appropriate departments or
management.
Assist in root cause analysis and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Communicate with suppliers regarding parts quality, discrepancies, or improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on quality standards and regulatory changes that may affect inspection procedures.
Coordinate with the SCM team to ensure that accepted parts are properly logged into the inventory
system and non-conforming parts are segregated.
Qualifications/ Experience/Skills:
Educational Background:
B.Tech./BE or Diploma in EEE/ETC/ ECE is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IQC/SQA (Incoming Quality) preferably in manufacturing
environment with relevant experience.
Knowledge/Skill:
Strong understanding of Li-Ion Battery, BMS, PCB, Electrical Components
Strong understanding of QMS/ISO/IPC Standards, SQA/QC.
RCA, CAPA, 8D, ISO2500, National and International Standard.
PCB inspection, Hub Motor, Lidar, Actuator inspection
7QC tools, 5 Core tools, Quality circle, 5’S, Kaizen
Vendor Audit, rating, Vendor Evaluation, PFD, CP, Risk Management.
Strong knowledge of electrical instrument usages like RPS, multimeter, etc.
Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.).
Ability to interpret and work with technical documentation, including test reports and certificates.
